Do you want to lead the commercial expansion of a high-impact SaaS startup?
At Sensesbit, the SaaS platform that transforms sensory analysis into business decisions, we are looking for a strategic and execution-driven mind to lead our commercial expansion from day one.
What will you do?
- Design and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch.
- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build a powerful allbound sales engine using tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
- Leverage AI and automation to personalize outreach, prioritize leads, and optimize conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership and product teams to align messaging and value proposition.
- Track everything, from CAC to ARR and conversion, and iterate for sustainable growth.
- Leave your mark: document processes, KPIs, and lay the foundation to scale the sales team in 2026.
What we expect from you?
- Proven experience in B2B sales: Ability to scale SaaS startups from Seed stage to +€10M ARR, managing the entire sales cycle (from lead generation to closing and expansion).
- Proficiency with sales tools and technologies: Expertise in tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LGM, and knowledge in predictive models, AI, and SaaS technologies.
- Early-stage GTM expertise. Deep understanding of how to scale early-stage startups.
- Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value, build trust, and negotiate at the executive level, turning conversations into decisions.
- Startup mentality and hands-on approach: Ability to devise and execute strategies autonomously, with a practical and agile growth-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (essential).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation: Resilience, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges in a dynamic environment.
