SENSESBIT is a software as a service (SaaS) specialized in sensory analysis.
What requirements does my device need to use Sensesbit?
You only need internet access and a web browser.
How do you access the platform?
From the log in, enter your username and password to access your administrator area.
What type of device can I access Sensesbit with?
You can access from any device, such as computer, tablet or mobile, regardless of operating system.
Do I need any add-on software to Sensesbit?
You don't need any additional program. Sensesbit covers the whole process of sensory analysis, from the consumer survey to the results and statistical analysis
Does the consumer access the same Sensesbit platform as I do?
In SENSESBIT there are three roles:
- Administrator: Access to all necessary modules to perform sensory analysis.
- Consumer: Access by entering a survey code that directs you to the proper survey.
- Judge: Access a similar section as the Consumer, but with surveys on more complex product attributes.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we offer technical assistance and online or telephone training by specialized personnel.
